The easycut flexible die can be produced in different heights. Sandwich materials can be processed in different heights with high-precision in one step.

Applications:
Punching, perforating, embossing, creasing, cutting, and grooving; also in combination.

Machine types:
flexo and offset printing press, flat bed punching

Cutting height:
0,25 – 1,5mm (depending on machine and application)

Cutting angle:
50° – 120° (adapted to suit the printed material)

Quality:
Standard quality: for short and medium length jobs
Laser hardened quality: for larger quantities and abrasive materials

Ratio of the perforation:
From 0,4 : 0,4 mm according to customer wishes and cutting height.
