Drohmann label punching-knives are made from normal steel or aluminium-HSS steel, as well as aluminium tungsten carbide and are manufactured for all types of machines with heights between 40 mm – 130 mm.

CNC-aided manufacturing processes guarantee high precision and constant reliability. Special materials require a special design. Our tools are suited to your paper and material specifications, ensuring you benefit from maximum lifetime.

Depending on the paper quality and printing the following output can be attained without re-sharpening:

Aluminium normal steel or normal steel:
800.000 – 1,2 Mio.

Aluminium HSS steel:
1,5 Mio. – 4,0 Mio.

Tungsten carbide edge with aluminium/steel base:
70 Mio. – 120 Mio.

Special solutions for best results are available for plastic foils, aluminium, credit cards etc.
