Single/multiple tools or combi tools are available. They are manufactured of special steel and with bearing of high capacity. So even difficult punchable materials – like PC, laminated PP foils, ABS, aluminium foils, pressed graphit plates or cardboard present no problems. The clearance and the geometry of the male parts are coordinated with the material to be punched.

In close co-operation with machine manufacturers Drohmann easycut has developed special tools for the packaging and credit card industries. Different sizes and a variety of more challenging materials can be punched by Drohmann easycut male-female tools. The cutting elements are made of special steel and are suited to the extreme conditions in an optimal way. All tools are also available with cutting blades from tungsten carbide.

Of course, re-sharpening is possible and can be done quickly by our qualified staff.
