Punching tools for envelopes
 
   
 

Drohmann envelope punching tools are available in the standard heights of 70 mm and 90 mm for all common types of machine. The use of special steel together with the most modern production methods guarantees tools with perfect cutting geometry, ideal hard spots and maximum resistance to wear.

  

This means that all tools can be easily resharpened as often as necessary and will ensure you a high level of economic efficiency.

Of course, you can use accessories suited to the machine, such as slitting knives, webs, reinforcing crosses, ring crosses, tapped holes, air holes, grooves, etc., as well as position them at will.

Gey Quality
Absolute register accuracy in the area of the size corners Balance tolerances below 0,5 mm are not equalized in the area of the bottom, side and closing flaps. The transitions of the radii are corrected. Optimum hardening up to a height of roughly 40 mm
Black Quality
Absolute register accuracy in the area of the size corners Absolutely dimensional accuracy and symmetry in the area of the bottom, side and closing flaps. Optimum hardening up to a height of roughly 70 mm
