Special materials require tools made especially with them in mind. Embossed paper, polypropylene can only be punched with back pressure. This keeps the stack from moving during the punching process.

For instance, we manufacture:
-Back pressure dies made of PVC or aluminium to fit the shape ot the punching tool - everything is perfectly matched.
-Punching tools for check cards with a tolerance of -0.03 mm.
-Punching dies for in-mold labels.
-Complete sets of tools for seals, air bags, etc., with holding-down device and ejector.
-Coated punching tools.

The tools can be supplied with a coating developed especially for difficult shapes or materials that are difficult to punch. This lowers the outside pressure and considerably lengthens the service life of the punching tool.
