Drohmann envelope punching tools are available in the standard heights of 70 mm and 90 mm for all common types of machine. The use of special steel together with the most modern production methods guarantees tools with perfect cutting geometry, ideal hard spots and maximum resistance to wear.
Models capable of beeing put into production are samples, film, dimensioned drawings or a modern transmission of the CNC data in any commonly used file format.
Drohmann offers adjustable punching tools in two different lengths, with fixed or variable angles. The blades of the adjustable tools are manufactures from our special steel. The rulers, marked in inches or meters, are made of high strength aluminium.
Special materials require tools made especially with them in mind. Embossed paper, polypropylene can only be punched with back pressure. This keeps the stack from moving during the punching process.
